What you’ll do
As our HR Admin Manager, you’ll manage and carry out a wide range of HR work.
- Recruitment. Lead full-cycle hiring, from job postings to onboarding. Work with managers to meet staffing needs across Ontario.
- Time and attendance. Keep attendance records accurate, manage time-tracking systems and address timekeeping concerns with employees.
- Payroll. Help process bi-weekly payroll and keep payroll records. Make sure payroll follows company policy and Ontario employment standards.
- Compliance audits. Run HR compliance audits, prepare for reviews and put corrective measures in place where needed.
- HR operations. Oversee HR policies and employee records, support employee relations and give management regular HR metrics and reports.

What you’ll need
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and Ontario’s Employment Standards Act
- Experience with ADP or a similar HR and payroll system
- Excellent communication, organization and multitasking skills
- You keep sensitive information confidential
- Proficiency in English. Additional languages are an asset.
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada

This is an office-based role of up to 40 hours a week, with weekend availability when needed.
